1. Who We Are
1.1 Bengalwin is a licensed online casino and sports betting platform operating at bengalwin.asia. We offer casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, cricket betting, fishing games, poker, and lottery services to eligible registered players.
1.2 Bengalwin operates under a Curaçao eGaming License issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Our license permits us to operate online gaming services to players in eligible jurisdictions worldwide where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the individual level.
1.3 Bengalwin’s compliance framework includes adherence to international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, responsible gaming obligations, and age verification protocols. These are described in detail in our separate Responsible Gaming Policy, AML & KYC Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of this agreement by reference.
1.4 Our primary operational language is Bengali and English. Where any conflict arises between the Bengali and English versions of this agreement, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.
2. Eligibility — Who Can Use Bengalwin
2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Bengalwin. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. We verify age during the KYC process and may request age verification at any time. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and original deposits will be returned to the source.
2.2 Jurisdiction: You are responsible for determining whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. By using Bengalwin, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your country, state, or region under applicable law. Bengalwin does not accept registrations from players in jurisdictions where our services are explicitly prohibited.
2.3 Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under any legal disability that prevents you from entering into enforceable agreements, you may not use Bengalwin.
2.4 One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold exactly one Bengalwin account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are not permitted. Bengalwin reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void all associated winnings.
2.5 Politically Exposed Persons: Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) — individuals holding or having recently held prominent public positions and their immediate family members — are subject to Enhanced Due Diligence procedures. PEPs must declare their status during registration and may be subject to additional verification and transaction monitoring.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Accurate Information When registering your Bengalwin account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a breach of this agreement and grounds for immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Security You are responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP access. Bengalwin will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. Do not share your credentials with any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.3 Reporting Unauthorized Access If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact Bengalwin support immediately via live chat at bengalwin.asia or through our Contact Us page. Prompt reporting reduces the risk of financial harm from unauthorized activity.
3.4 Account Maintenance You must keep your account information current. Changes to your address, phone number, or payment method must be updated in your account settings promptly. Bengalwin bears no responsibility for communication failures resulting from outdated account information.
3.5 Account Inactivity Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administration fee as described in Section 10. Bengalwin will attempt to notify players by email before applying any inactivity fee.
4. Deposits and Payment Methods
4.1 Supported Payment Methods Bengalwin supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

4.2 Your Payment Method Must Belong to You. All payment methods used to deposit to Bengalwin must be registered in your name and belong exclusively to you. Using a third-party payment method — whether with or without that person’s knowledge — is a breach of this agreement and may constitute fraud. Third-party payment methods will be rejected, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.
4.3 Minimum Deposit The minimum deposit amount at Bengalwin is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. This threshold applies to qualifying for all promotions, including the welcome bonus.
4.4 Currency All transactions on Bengalwin are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied. The balance displayed in your account is always your actual BDT balance — no hidden conversion, no administrative markup.
4.5 Deposit Processing Deposits via Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
4.6 Declined Deposits If a deposit issue happens with the payment provider, contact the mobile banking service directly. Bengalwin don’t have visibility into why a mobile banking provider declines a transaction and cannot intervene in the process.
5. Withdrawals At Bengalwin
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification as described in our AML & KYC Policy. Unverified accounts may deposit and play, but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 hours of approval for verified accounts using Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team before processing. During peak periods or for larger amounts, processing may take up to 24 hours.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method Bengalwin’s standard policy is to return funds to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will be processed to your Bkash account. This is a standard AML requirement designed to prevent the use of casino accounts to transfer funds between different payment methods.
5.5 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses: Funds credited as bonus money are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Real money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, provided the verification requirements above are met.
5.6 Suspected Fraud Bengalwin reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and conduct enhanced review of any account showing patterns consistent with fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. During review periods, account funds are held securely and are not forfeited. Players will be notified of the review and allowed to provide clarifying information.
5.7 Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a Bengalwin transaction without first attempting to resolve the matter through our support team is a breach of this agreement. Bengalwin reserves the right to close accounts and recover any funds disbursed where chargebacks are determined to be made in bad faith.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Policy Bengalwin offers a range of promotions, including welcome bonuses, daily login rewards, rescue bonuses, VIP rewards, referral programs, and more. All current promotions are listed on our Promotions page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific requirement is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
6.3 Welcome Bonus The 130% Welcome Bonus is available to new players on their first deposit of ৳500 or more. The bonus is awarded automatically upon first qualifying deposit. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once. The bonus applies to slot games unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.4 Daily Login Rewards The Daily Login Rewards program credits ৳30 per qualifying daily login with a ৳300 maximum weekly reward for consistent participation. The 1x wagering requirement on daily credits is among the most player-friendly in the Bangladesh market.

6.7 Bonus Abuse Bengalwin takes bonus abuse seriously. Abuse includes creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms, using technical methods to gain an unfair advantage, and intentionally abusing promotional structures in ways clearly outside their intended purpose.
Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed. Bengalwin’s determination on bonus abuse is final.
6.8 Changes to Promotions Bengalwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not have their existing bonus position affected by mid-campaign changes to terms.
7. Games and Fair Play

7.2 Random Number Generation All slot, table game, and RNG-based outcomes on Bengalwin are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. 7.3 Live Casino Live casino games are operated in partnership with licensed live dealer providers, including Evolution Gaming. 7.6 Game Malfunctions In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — the affected game round is voided, and the stake is returned. Bengalwin is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player’s side.
7.7 Suspected Collusion and Cheating Attempting to cheat, collude with other players, use software to gain an unfair advantage, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or engage in any other dishonest practice is a serious breach of this agreement. Suspected cheating will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds.
8. Responsible Gaming
8.1 Our Commitment Bengalwin is committed to responsible gaming practices. We offer deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.
8.2 Player Tools All responsible gaming tools are available free of charge through your account settings or by contacting support. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
8.3 Self-Exclusion Players who self-exclude are removed from all marketing communications and cannot reactivate their account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from 6 months to permanent closure.
8.4 Underage Gambling Bengalwin operates a strict no-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 18 is immediately closed, winnings are voided, and deposits are returned.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Fees, Taxes, and Administrative Charges
10.1 Deposit and Withdrawal Fees Bengalwin does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. All transaction costs are absorbed by Bengalwin. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount sent to your payment method.
10.2 Inactivity Fee Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are subject to a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. The fee is applied monthly until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. Bengalwin will make reasonable efforts to notify players by registered email before any inactivity fee is applied.
To avoid inactivity fees, log into your account at least once every 12 months.
10.3 Player Tax Responsibility Bengalwin does not deduct taxes from player winnings. Players are personally responsible for determining whether their winnings are subject to taxation under applicable law in their jurisdiction and for meeting any applicable tax obligations. Bengalwin does not provide tax advice.
10.4 Currency Conversion All Bengalwin transactions are in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. Players using payment methods denominated in other currencies — if any are available — will have applicable conversion rates applied by their payment provider, not by Bengalwin.
11. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bengalwin and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to regulatory and law enforcement authorities:
11.1 Using Bengalwin services while under the age of 18.
11.2 Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
11.3 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or verification.
11.4 Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment instruments to deposit.
11.5 Attempting to launder money or use Bengalwin services for any purpose connected with financial crime.
11.6 Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, collusion, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any other technical or non-technical means.
11.7 Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated exploitation, or deliberate misuse of promotional terms.
11.8 Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means to misrepresent your location or circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
11.9 Threatening, harassing, or abusing Bengalwin staff, agents, or other players.
11.10 Conducting commercial activity — including operating a business that facilitates third-party access to your account — without Bengalwin’s explicit written permission.
12. Errors and Disputes
12.1 Our Right to Correct Errors Bengalwin reserves the right to correct any error in account balances, game outcomes, bonus credits, or transaction records that resulted from a technical fault, human error, or software malfunction. Where a correction reduces your balance, you will be notified and allowed to respond before the correction is finalized.
12.2 Obvious Errors If you receive a payout that is clearly erroneous — for example, due to a displayed odds error or a game malfunction — you are not entitled to retain the erroneous payout. Bengalwin will recover incorrectly credited amounts, and deliberately taking advantage of obvious errors is a breach of this agreement.
12.3 Dispute Resolution Process If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of your account — including transactions, game outcomes, bonus disputes, or withdrawal issues — follow this process:
Step 1: Contact Bengalwin support through live chat or the Contact Us page. Provide full details of the dispute, including dates, amounts, and game or transaction references.
Step 2: Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours for standard disputes and within 5 business days for complex account investigations.
Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, escalate to our compliance team by requesting escalation through the same contact channels. Compliance review decisions are final.
Step 4: For disputes that remain unresolved, you may escalate to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulatory authority.
12.4 Time Limit for Disputes All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised after this period cannot be investigated or upheld.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All content on bengalwin.asia including design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, logos, and brand materials, is the intellectual property of Bengalwin or its licensed content providers.
13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Bengalwin content without explicit written permission.
13.3 Game content available through Bengalwin is licensed from third-party providers, including Evolution Gaming, JILI, JDB, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, FA Chai, Spribe, and others. The intellectual property rights in game content belong to the respective providers and are used by Bengalwin under license.
13.4 Use of any Bengalwin brand asset — including the Bengalwin logo, brand name, or visual identity — for any purpose other than referencing the platform in a factual, non-misleading way requires written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 Bengalwin provides its services on an “as available” basis. We make no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bengalwin’s total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
14.3 Bengalwin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
14.4 Bengalwin is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player’s side, third-party payment provider failures, force majeure events, or regulatory actions affecting platform availability.
14.5 Nothing in this agreement limits Bengalwin’s liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Account Closure and Termination
15.1 Closure by the Player You may close your Bengalwin account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard procedures. The remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
15.2 Closure by Bengalwin Bengalwin reserves the right to close any account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Discovery of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or underage gambling
- AML or KYC compliance concerns
- Technical security threats associated with the account
- Legal requirements or regulatory obligations
15.3 Effect of Closure Where an account is closed by Bengalwin for breach:
- Real money deposits in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment method after any outstanding obligations are settled
- Winnings obtained through fraud, bonus abuse, or rule violations will be forfeited
- Bengalwin reserves the right to pursue recovery of any funds improperly obtained
15.4 Self-Exclusion Voluntary self-exclusion is handled as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-excluded accounts are closed to gameplay, but remaining balances are returned.
16. Changes to These Terms
16.1 Bengalwin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via registered email and in-app notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
16.2 Your continued use of Bengalwin services after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the new terms take effect. Remaining balances will be returned according to the closure process in Section 15.
16.4 This document is reviewed and updated at a minimum annually, or more frequently when regulatory changes, product updates, or operational requirements demand.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to Bengalwin’s operating license. Disputes arising from these terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in a player’s jurisdiction.
17.2 Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17.3 The failure of Bengalwin to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in future.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML & KYC Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bengalwin regarding your use of the platform.
No verbal statement, promise, or representation made by any Bengalwin employee, agent, or affiliate has legal effect unless confirmed in writing and incorporated into these Terms.
